We are seeking a Legal Operations & Litigation Support Manager to partner closely with the General Counsel and serve as the operational backbone of the legal department. This role is focused on legal operations, litigation support, and contract lifecycle management, ensuring the legal function runs efficiently and effectively as the company grows. The position also supports privacy and compliance operations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) but does not serve as the strategic owner of information security or enterprise risk programs. Instead, this role partners cross-functionally with IT and security teams to coordinate legal and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong paralegal and legal operations experience, with the ability to manage litigation processes, support discovery, and administer contract systems in a fast-paced environment. This role is required to be based in Miami, FL, due to close partnership with General Counsel.
