About The Position

The Mayo-Foley Health Law Fellowship is a unique opportunity for first-year law students interested in a career in health care law. This fellowship combines two summer internships, starting with a 10-12 week remote position at Mayo Clinic, followed by a potential role as a summer associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. Successful fellows will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time associate position after law school graduation.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of one year at an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Continued enrollment in a JD program with an emphasis on health care is necessary.
• Minimum undergraduate and law school GPA of 3.0 is required.
• Preference for students with health care backgrounds.

Responsibilities
