About The Position

Ansell is looking for a Legal Intern to join our team in MetroPark! Our Summer Internship Program will run on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Iselin, NJ Corporate office from June through August. In this position you will play a vital role in supporting Ansell's lean and sophisticated US-based legal team in delivering high value, timely and cost-effective legal and compliance services to Ansell's management.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the law department on transactional and litigation matters throughout the Americas, as well as corporate affairs globally.
• Support the review, drafting, and revision of contracts, corporate policies and corporate minutes with guidance from Ansell's in-house counsel.
• Assist with North American corporate governance matters, including interacting with vendors and maintenance of Ansell's corporate minutes books.
• Assist with global compliance matters as well as help to prepare the fiscal year-end compliance report for the Ansell Board of Directors.
• Assist with M&A, financings and other strategic transactions.
• Assist with the management of Ansell's contract lifecycle management system and other legal operations projects.
