If so, you could be a great fit for the part-time Legal Intern role at Team Liquid. This internship is designed as a learning-focused, supervised role, providing exposure to day-to-day legal operations while developing foundational skills in organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Los Angeles, CA or US Remote

  • Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining contracts and legal documentation
  • Support the sending and tracking of forms via DocuSign
  • Help organize records and systems in accordance with internal processes
  • Assist in maintaining and updating legal templates and documentation libraries
  • Track contract dates and deadlines under supervision
  • Support communication with internal stakeholders regarding documentation status
  • Collaborate with team members across departments on administrative tasks
  • Assist in creating and updating process guides, templates, and internal documentation
  • Participate in additional learning-oriented projects as assigned
  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree or certificate program in a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in legal, administrative, or people operations work
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Dropbox is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work part-time (20–30 hours per week) in a structured internship setting
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
