About The Position

Summer Legal Internship open to a law student at an accredited law school (1st or 2nd year law students). The law school candidate will spend time in the law department with broad exposure and experience working in Corporate Transactions, Environmental Litigation, Energy Trading, Wholesale/Retail/Corporate Compliance, Real Estate, Contracts and Procurement, Labor & Employment, Environmental Health and Safety and the general operations of the Vistra Legal and Compliance Department. Up to 8 week internship project; starting July through the end of August. Position is in-person (hybrid schedule) in Irving, Texas and is paid.
