PSI is currently seeking a Legal Intern for Summer 2026. AT PSI, employees support our nation’s most critical programs, including: ARPA-H PARADIGM – PSI has been selected to support ARPA-H’s Platform Accelerating Rural Access to Distributed & InteGrated Medical care (PARADIGM) initiative focused on advancing a hospital-grade mobile healthcare vehicle. C2 Mission Systems (C2MS) – PSI has supported U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) through work involving the operation, maintenance, and development of specialized command and control mission systems (C2MS). ODOS (USCIS) DevOps – PSI has supported USCIS modernization through DevOps and software delivery services associated with the ODOS program area. The Legal Intern will support PSI’s Legal Department across government contracting, employment law, and corporate transactions. This role is designed for a law student who wants practical experience in an in-house legal department supporting federal and state programs, technology development, and day-to-day corporate legal needs. The intern will work closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams (contracts, HR, finance, operations, and business development). Due to PSI’s work on PARADIGM and the Rural Health Transformation Program, PSI will be expanding quickly into state procurements.
