About The Position
Brown & Brown Risk Solutions is looking for a summer intern to join the Private Equity | Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in New York, NY. The job is hybrid and full remote work is also possible. Our Practice specializes in providing Transactional Risk (TR) and Representations & Warranties insurance (RWI) to large and middle market private equity firms, infrastructure funds, alternative asset managers, and corporate clients. The role focuses on analyzing M&A-related risks, preparing policy documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals effectively and efficiently. The summer intern will support the PEFOMA team and develop relationships with clients and carrier partners.
