About The Position

POSITION OVERVIEW Summer Intern for the Exteriors Legal Department, will support various legal, compliance, regulatory and trade & customs matters as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University or Law School
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.

Nice To Haves

• Some related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Document review and data management under the supervision of in-house attorneys.
• Tracking compliance with Magna’s code of conduct and ethics policies, developing ways to train employees and promote compliance awareness.
• Help document regulatory compliance.
• Assist with data collection and support for goods crossing borders in North America.
