Requirements

Candidates should be second- or third-year law students and have an impressive record of academic and/or professional achievement.
The ability to collaborate well with multiple attorneys and teams, with exceptional organizational skills when working on multiple projects.
Strong analytical, research and writing skills.
Sincere interest in construction law.

Nice To Haves

Relevant coursework a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Drafting memos, summaries, analysis, and recommendations.
Drafting, reviewing, editing, and/or updating forms, legal documents, policies, and procedures.
Monitoring legal and legislative developments within the fields of construction, OSHA, and employment law.
Performing legal research, including 50-state surveys.
Working with law firms that serve as external counsel to PCL.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
