About The Position
At Motorola Solutions, we are dedicated to helping public safety and commercial customers obtain the products and services they need for critical moments. As part of the Legal team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to ensure safety through effective legal operations. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and contract managers on various projects related to hardware, software, and services, both in sales and procurement. You will also support litigation and antitrust projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our legal operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing our contract records repository database, ensuring it remains current and relevant. You will collaborate with legal teams to conduct legal research and analysis, aiding in the development of high-quality written documents. Your strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills will be essential as you teach, advise, and inform internal department employees and supported business and engineering groups about ongoing projects. This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess good communication and people skills, making it an excellent opportunity for those pursuing a J.D. degree. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in the legal field, working on real-world projects that impact the safety and security of communities.
