About The Position

UFC’s Internship Program is designed to provide interns the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained through their academic experience in a real-world corporate setting. Over the course of the program, the interns will become fully immersed in the daily operations of their department and will be directly involved with tasks and projects that contribute to UFC’s continued growth. UFC’s Internship Program is open to any student who is currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program. This is an on-site, in-person internship in Las Vegas, NV. UFC does not provide relocation, housing, or transportation assistance. The Spring 2026 program will begin on January 12, 2026, and will continue through April 10, 2026. Application deadline is November 7, 2025 for all Spring 2026 internships.

Requirements

  • 1st year law student preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in one or more of the following areas of law: entertainment, intellectual property, international, corporate, transactional.
  • Ability to organize and effectively present analysis and concepts.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn other basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the legal department in business and legal affairs for all day-to-day activities under the supervision of UFC’s Associate Counsel and Paralegal.
  • Draft agreements with appropriate supervision.
  • Draft production agreements, including production services, talent, content, fighter, underlying rights, etc., and production related business transactions.
  • Assist in matters of due diligence and document review and preparation for major transactions, as necessary.
  • Assist with identifying and addressing illegal uses of UFC owned assets.
  • Gather evidence for trademark applications and oppositions.
  • Prepare copyright applications.
  • Assist in other transactions, general corporate governance matters, employment law research, and international expansion as they arise.
  • Assist with other general business and legal affairs projects as requested.
