Basic Job Functions:We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intern with coursework or experience in contracts law to support the processing and review of legal documents. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world legal documentation, compliance practices, and contract administration in a professional business environment.

Prior internship or coursework involving contract review or legal documentation
Experience with document management systems
Interest in corporate law, compliance, or risk management
Experience with contract law

Responsibilities

Review, organize, and process legal documents including: Waivers
Sworn Statements
Warranty Letters
Proofs of Claim
Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established legal and company standards
Assist with tracking, filing, and maintaining legal records and documentation
Identify missing or inconsistent information
Support legal and compliance teams with administrative and research tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
