About The Position
Olinsky Law Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As a social security disability law firm, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring a smooth intake process. This role is crucial in helping clients navigate their legal journey, and it offers an opportunity for professional growth within the firm. The Legal Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for clients, answering their questions and guiding them through the intake process. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills. In this role, you will be tasked with answering client calls, performing client intakes at all levels, and assisting clients in completing their intake process. You will also be responsible for processing cases and maintaining our case management database, Litfy (Salesforce). Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this position. The Legal Intake Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients feel supported and informed throughout their legal process, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
