Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager (Legal Services) Trestle Law is hiring an Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to help us grow. This is not a “cold calling boiler room” role. This is consultative sales inside a mission-driven law firm that serves founders, creatives, and business owners. You will speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in protecting or strengthening their businesses. Your job is to help them understand their options, guide them to the right solution, and move them confidently through our intake process. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, confident, and service-oriented. Someone who understands that sales is not about pressure — it’s about clarity, trust, and follow-through. If you are driven, personable, and comfortable working inside CRM and case management systems, this could be an excellent fit. Compensation & Benefits $50,000 – $70,000 base salary (depending on experience) Performance-based bonuses Expected total compensation of $70,000 – $85,000+ based on performance Fully remote (MUST BE California-based) Work inside a collaborative, fast-moving team environment Full health, vision, and dental premiums paid for employees by the company 401(k) + match A detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
