Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with an efficient and thoughtful design process.
• Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work late nights, early mornings, or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (1–8 weeks at a time).
• Strong composure, positivity, and quick thinking in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them visually for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for inconsistencies.
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal teams to produce polished, compelling visuals for juries, judges, and government agencies (e.g., DOJ, SEC).
• Travel onsite with trial teams and provide ongoing, on-call support throughout the duration of the trial.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while working independently or within a team.
• Refine, enhance, and ensure consistency across visual presentations based on client feedback.
• Participate in a structured 40-hour-per-week training program (up to 3 months). After the training period, you will transition to a more flexible schedule and support billable work while continuing to grow your skills.
