About The Position

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Process Servers. This is a flexible opportunity offering both part-time and full-time hours, with the ability to work as much as you’d like.
Position Details:
Hours: Typically 25–40 hours per week (flexible, no cap)
Schedule Window: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Pay:
$17/hour + mileage reimbursement
$20/hour once commissioned
Employment Type: Temp-to-perm (approx. 3.5 months)
Job Responsibilities:
Serve legal documents such as summons, subpoenas, and court papers
Complete 3–4 service attempts per hour
Travel along assigned routes (starting near your home)
Accurately track routes, mileage, and hours using a mobile app
Work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently
Requirements:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle
Obtain a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong time management and reliability
Willingness to undergo:
Background check
Drug screening
Polygraph (required for commissioning)
Would be great for:
Former or retired law enforcement or military personnel
Someone looking for a 2nd job
Additional Information:
Work begins when you arrive at your first service location
Mileage and hours are tracked through a company app
