Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data quality management or related field.
• Experience leading data quality teams with a focus on the legal sector.
• Proficiency with data quality tools and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python.
• Experience with CRM systems in business development and marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills for transforming complex data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements.
• Strong business acumen for identifying new opportunities in the legal sector.
• Experience in executing integrated marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Quality Services team, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage daily operations of the Data Quality Services team for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation.
• Establish data quality standards and best practices for data accuracy.
• Utilize advanced data quality tools and technologies based on performance insights.
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding data quality initiatives.
• Conduct client workshops and training sessions to share insights and recommendations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the legal sector.
• Develop marketing materials that highlight data quality services and capabilities.
• Work with the marketing team to expand reach within target markets.
• Promote the use of generative AI tools to enhance data quality processes.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Establish data quality assurance processes including profiling and remediation.
• Ensure adherence to data governance practices among stakeholders.
• Create metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and inform decisions.
