Requirements

7+ years of experience in commercial and technology law, including at least two years of in-house experience with a global technology or SaaS company.
Licensed U.S. attorney with a J.D. or equivalent law degree.
Strong commercial contracting experience with deep understanding of intellectual property and technology transactions, alongside a practical, solutions-oriented “close the deal” approach.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across cross-functional teams.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to lead matters independently with high integrity, professional judgment, and ownership.
Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI-related legal issues and data protection/privacy matters is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in shaping and scaling WSC Sports’ newly established U.S. legal function.
Draft, review, and independently negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, primarily with U.S.-based customers, vendors, and technology partners.
Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Business Development, R&D, Account Management, Operations, Finance, and more and support the Company’s day-to-day operations and future planning..
Help develop and optimize internal legal operations, including templates, playbooks, processes, and scalable workflows.
