About The Position

Contract Review. Providing Legal Advice. Contract Drafting. Bar admission in any jurisdiction with good standing, with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house (the ideal candidate will have both law firm and in-house experience.) Legal experience preferably with a focus on technology and commercial agreements. Extensive experience in interfacing with and integrating with high functioning teams, including in a hybrid world. Strong understanding of intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance issues related to the technology industry. Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
