About The Position

Lemonjuice Solutions invests in fractionally owned real estate and upgrades the property to the highest and best use for today’s environment. We reimagine the ownership, governance, and operations of the properties. As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal guidance on real estate transactions and support clients across a broad range of property‑related matters. This position blends advisory work, contract drafting, document preparation, and exposure to more complex real estate legal issues, including specialized work with common ownership communities. Common ownership communities include timeshare resorts, condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowner associations.

  • 2-4 years of related real estate experience
  • Contract drafting is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Timeshare experience is preferred.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to a state bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, financing structures, and timeshare related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other real estate legal documents.
  • Manage legal issues involving title and deed transfers, construction matters, mortgage concerns, and zoning or land-use regulations.
  • Handle legal work related to timeshares, including drafting timeshare agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, and terminating or restructuring timeshare regimes.
  • Provide legal support to HOA and condominium associations, including governance matters, covenant enforcement, document interpretation, and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, actionable guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent clients in property-related disputes, supporting resolution through negotiation or litigation pathways.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex matters to senior legal leadership as appropriate.
  • Gain exposure to increasingly complex tasks while working with occasional direction from the General Counsel.
  • Utilize digital tools to track matters, documents, and deadlines.
  • Understand HOA and condominium association governance, covenants, bylaws, and dispute processes.
