About The Position
Currently we are looking for a Legal Counsel in Tunis, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision - Improving our future. As our Legal Counsel you will be providing legal support on all legal and contractual aspects related to development of projects, partnerships/joint ventures, acquisition of shares/projects rights, offtake arrangement as well as financing of projects. You will also provide general legal support to the region on all legal matters (including disputes) other than legal matters falling within the solutions legal scope, as well as general legal support to group companies on all matters including but not limited to corporate financing arrangements including credit facilities and bond processes.
