About The Position
As a Legal Counsel at Dwolla, you will work closely with our revenue and tech teams to negotiate complex sales, SaaS, and agreements with enterprise customers. You will also support our marketing team in materials review and collaborate with our risk & compliance team to handle routine questions and escalations. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity, as Dwolla operates at the cutting edge of innovative payment solutions. The position is mostly remote, but candidates must live within driving distance of Des Moines, Iowa, with occasional in-office attendance required.
