The Counsel-Labor and Employment serves as a key member of the City of Hope legal team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, they will provide a broad range of legal services to support City of Hope, including responsibility for providing legal advice and support regarding a variety of labor and employment matters, including, without limitation, legal advice and analysis of labor and employment laws; drafting and reviewing vendor agreements and contracts; drafting and reviewing policies; drafting employment agreements and other human resources documents; performing legal research and drafting legal opinions; traditional labor support; assisting with organization projects and initiatives, as needed.
