Serve as a respected advisor to business clients on a variety of commercial issues.
Practice superior legal judgment and communicate clearly to all stakeholders.
Provide advice on a variety of commercial legal matters.
Participate as a valued member of cross-functional leadership teams supporting businesses within the segment.
Collaborate with other members of the Legal Department to facilitate the deployment and adoption of Hubbell's enterprise contract lifecycle management system throughout the organization.
Identify opportunities for and offer training to business clients on various legal, regulatory, and compliance topics.
Confer with other members of the Legal Department and subject matter experts, as needed, to ensure contracts comply with internal policies.
Manage external counsel and set budgets for case activities. Review and approve invoices for assigned matters.

J.D. degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial law.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Exceptional communicator with a talent for forging strong relationships across various levels of an organization.
