A Day In The Life: Serve as a respected advisor to business clients on a variety of commercial issues. Practice superior legal judgment and communicate clearly to all stakeholders. Provide advice on a variety of commercial legal matters. Participate as a valued member of cross-functional leadership teams supporting businesses within the segment. Collaborate with other members of the Legal Department to facilitate the deployment and adoption of Hubbell's enterprise contract lifecycle management system throughout the organization. Identify opportunities for and offer training to business clients on various legal, regulatory, and compliance topics. Confer with other members of the Legal Department and subject matter experts, as needed, to ensure contracts comply with internal policies. Manages external counsel and sets budgets for case activities. Reviews and approves invoices for assigned matters.
