As a member of the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, you will work with Apple's engineering, operations, and marketing teams to help create and introduce Apple products to the world. Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience at a technology company or a leading law firm.
• 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• JD degree or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and business teams to enable artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Draft and negotiate complex technology licenses and commercial agreements.
• Advise the business in day-to-day work with third parties and in the development of artificial intelligence features.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across legal teams on privacy, data security, intellectual property, export compliance, and product counseling.
• Manage a large docket of deals and solve complex issues while maintaining acceptable legal risk.
• Advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.
