Join us and make an impact on the world and your career! In response to our continued growth in North America and Latin America, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our global Legal Team.

Requirements

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
At least few years of relevant legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm, with exposure to commercial contracting.
Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance matters relevant to technology / software business.
Ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice in a fast-paced environment.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Must reside in U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

Nice To Haves

Professional working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil).
Experience supporting operations in Latin America.
Experience in a SaaS or technology company.

Responsibilities

As Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted advisor to our North American and Latin American business teams, supporting a wide range of legal matters in a fast-growing, international software company.
You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and vendor contracts.
You will advise on employment law matters in collaboration with People and business leaders.
You will provide guidance on regulatory and compliance topics relevant to our SaaS (Software as a Service) business.
You will support the business in Latin America, including reviewing and negotiating agreements in Spanish where applicable.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across different business functions to enable smart, practical decision-making.
