About The Position
The Ares Alternative Credit Group is looking to add an Analyst Legal Coordinator to its US legal team. The Ares Alternative Credit Group is a leading manager of liquid and illiquid credit strategies including CLOs, private and rated asset backed securities, residential debt securities, net lease, residential mortgages, private placements as well as directly originated and other bespoke solutions, with approximately $44.5 billion of assets under management as of December 31, 2024. This is a visible “front-line” role working directly with and coordinating among Alternative Credit investment professionals as well as the broader Ares Legal department, Compliance, Finance & Accounting, Tax, Fund Investor Relations, Public Investor Relations, and Investment Operations in providing legal support of business objectives including all stages of transaction execution. The position will be based in New York.
