Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of experience managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and administration.
Strong ability to identify contract risks and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies.
Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software and intake queuing systems.

Nice To Haves

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or legal training.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
Exposure to global teams and cross-border contracting practices.

Responsibilities

Review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts using Nasdaq's contract playbook and approved templates.
Support contract intake for sales-related requests across Nasdaq's US business, ensuring complete and accurate information.
Collaborate with sales teams, business stakeholders, and legal counsel to align on contract terms and escalate when needed.
Maintain and update the contract repository system with accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Drive continuous improvement of contracting processes, templates, and training programs for internal teams.
