As a Contracts Manager at Seismic, you will be a key business partner to our sales, legal, and revenue operations teams, managing the entire contract lifecycle to accelerate deals and minimize risk. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our revenue engine while working with cutting-edge SaaS technology in a fast-paced, growth environment.

  • Negotiate, draft, and manage complex SaaS contracts including subscription agreements, professional services agreements, order forms, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead contract lifecycle management from initial draft through execution and renewal, ensuring optimal terms and accelerated deal closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to support revenue objectives and business strategy
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations on contract terms and deal structures
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms to streamline the sales process
  • Support sales teams with real-time deal guidance, contract analysis, and negotiation strategy
  • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and expansions
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies across all contract activities
  • Identify and develop process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in the contracting process
  • 5+ years of experience negotiating, drafting, and managing commercial contracts
  • Proven experience in SaaS or technology industry with deep understanding of subscription business models
  • Experience partnering with Go To Market organizations on sell-side deals
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume deal environment
  • Commitment to a support and resolution mentality
  • Passion for deal-making and revenue enablement
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CLMs and CRMs
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess risk and business impact
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with AI products and regulations impacting AI products
  • Understanding of enterprise sales processes and revenue recognition principles
  • Experience with international contracts and compliance requirements
  • Competitive salary range of USD $93,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr.
