Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in managing large privacy incidents.
• Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy benefit management compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in incident management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal breach notification laws, including HIPAA.
• Competency in privacy management software and incident tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to implement and maintain an effective incident response program.
• Lead investigations and resolutions of privacy issues for the Privacy Office.
• Design and deliver privacy compliance training programs and conduct audits.
• Prepare required notifications in line with legal obligations.
• Monitor incident response program performance and recommend enhancements.
• Advise on incident response and privacy-related inquiries.
• Serve as a compliance resource for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal teams to resolve compliance issues.
• Respond to and investigate privacy incidents uniformly and consistently.
• Coordinate incident response activities across departments.
• Manage a team of analysts addressing privacy incidents.
• Collaborate with various divisions to ensure timely incident resolution.
