Your Role: Legal & Compliance Academic Worker: Commercial Business, Innovation, L&C Spend Management In your role as the Legal & Compliance (L&C) Academic Worker, you’ll work alongside the US and global L&C leaders, mostly aligned to the Legal Operations & Support and Commercial teams to ideate, execute and implement legal & compliance tasks to include, but not be limited to: optimizing the format for Legal Knowledge Base (repository of information for both L&C and the enterprise), supporting L&C Special Project leaders, tactical hands-on support of Spend Management including legal billing processing, uploading, alignment needs, supporting commercial business and innovation projects, among other generalized L&C projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate enrollment and successful completion of freshman year, pursuing degree in business, IT, or related field
• AI, TEAMS, One Drive, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• A self-starter with ability to manage multiple competing tasks against time constraints

Nice To Haves

• Experience with finance billing management
• Experience with AI persona development
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to self-start and own projects with little oversight
• Exceptional PowerPoint development and design and Excel workbooks
• Ability to build relationships with key-stakeholders and foster relationships

Responsibilities

• Assist L&C and the Commercial and Legal Operations & Support teams with a variety of commercial, innovation, and business projects
• Assist L&C and the Legal Operations & Support team with spend management tactical legal billing needs
• Assist L&C and the Legal Operations & Support team with the optimization of legal tools such as, but not limited to, Legal Knowledge Base
• Assist the L&C Special Project leaders on work including AI evaluation, pilot projects, training agendas, tracking, and more
