About The Position

  • Answer telephone inquiries and greet office visitors, providing information and assistance.
  • Prepare a variety of legal documents for court hearings and trials, including e-files, briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • Prepare and file subpoenas with the Clerk's Office.
  • Assemble case files and forward appropriate information, including filing documents and preparing correspondence.
  • Request necessary documents from law enforcement to complete case evidence and distribute discovery materials to defense attorneys.
