We offer a hybrid work engagement with two days of remote work, and three days in-office. The Legal Assistant Workflow Coordinator plays a dual role by providing direct legal assistant support to assigned attorneys while coordinating workflow, coverage, and operational support for legal assistant staff across designated Practice Groups. The role supports the Office Administrator by monitoring staffing and workflow needs and making recommendations to promote balanced workloads, consistent service delivery, and continuous process improvement. The position also assists with onboarding, training coordination, and professional development initiatives for legal assistant staff.
