About the Role We’re hiring an entry-level Paralegal who’s committed to learning and growing in the real estate practice area. This is a great position for someone with strong administrative skills and a desire to support clients, attorneys, and paralegals in a fast-paced legal environment. You’ll play a key role in organizing real estate files and assisting with closings while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a seasoned paralegal. Why This Role? Responsibilities

  • Serve as a helpful, professional point of contact for clients, lenders, and realtors
  • Manage real estate files, document collection, and digital case organization
  • Prepare routine correspondence, meeting confirmations, and closing reminders
  • Assist with scheduling closings, inspections, and related client appointments
  • Learn to support real estate closings, title order tracking, and document e-recording
  • Shadow an experienced real estate paralegal and participate in ongoing training
  • Use case management and document systems to support case workflows and client updates
