About The Position
We are seeking a Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our dynamic and growing law firm. In this role, you will provide support to our case managers and attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of case files, managing lien negotiations and claims, drafting legal documents, tracking key deadlines, and maintaining communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
