About The Position

Kitay Law Offices, renowned as "The Law Firm with a Heart," is on the lookout for a proactive, organized, and compassionate Legal Assistant & Front Desk Clerk to enhance our team. In this client-facing role, you will be pivotal in providing essential administrative and client support to our attorneys and paralegals, playing a crucial part in delivering a 5-Star Client Experience. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting clients, managing communications with professionalism and confidentiality, coordinating calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records. Additionally, you will prepare and organize legal documentation, draft routine correspondence, and facilitate communication by translating for Spanish/English-speaking clients. You will support attorneys with scheduling and office organization while proactively identifying and resolving client issues to ensure a welcoming environment. Requirements

  • High proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client interaction.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
