Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, files, and accessible for case managers. Medical Records Coordination: Support in coordinating the retrieval of medical records and bills relevant to pre-litigation cases. Liaise with medical providers to gather necessary documentation. Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating tasks related to the pre-litigation process, ensuring timelines are met. Collaborate with legal professionals to facilitate case progression. Client Advocacy: Uphold a client-focused approach, advocating for client needs and ensuring a positive client experience. Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to case managers. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry and electronic filing Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date case files. Calendar Management: Aid in managing calendars and scheduling appointments for case managers. Ensure efficient coordination of appointments and follow-ups.
