About The Position

Cummins Worldwide is seeking a Legal Analyst to support executive leadership in managing legal matters, protecting company interests, and ensuring compliance across multiple affiliated entities. This role operates within a family office environment that actively acquires, manages, and grows businesses. The Legal Analyst will play a critical role in reviewing legal documents, conducting research, coordinating with outside counsel, and ensuring leadership is fully informed to make sound decisions. This is a high-responsibility position requiring strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research to support business operations and strategic decisions
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, memorandums, and other legal documents
  • Maintain legal and regulatory compliance across all affiliated entities
  • Identify legal risks and implement corrective actions to protect the company
  • Coordinate with outside attorneys and law firms, including managing relationships and projects
  • Support legal matters, including filings, documentation, and case coordination
  • Manage legal projects from initiation through resolution
  • Clearly communicate legal findings, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Maintain organized legal records and documentation
