About The Position
The Legal Analyst position supports attorneys in the Office of General Counsel (OGC) by managing payment disputes brought by members and providers. The role involves working closely with the managing attorney to assess risk, provide creative solutions, draft legal documents, and negotiate settlements. The analyst will also investigate and analyze relevant facts, provide guidance to paralegals, and manage relationships with internal clients and outside counsel.
