Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by assisting with the company's ability to maintain compliant with the Securities and Exchange commission. This is an on-site position at our corporate office in Carthage, MO.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Excel and performing multi-step calculations

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Accounting or financial background helpful

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and filing corporate disclosure documents
• Support governance and compliance projects
• Research, analyze and apply detailed regulations
• Provide general administrative support to the attorneys in the Legal Department
