About The Position
The Legal Administrative Specialist (Contact Representation) serves as a vital member of the Public Contact Team within the Veterans Service Center. This role is focused on providing comprehensive assistance and in-depth information to veterans, their dependents, and beneficiaries regarding VA benefits and related non-VA benefits. The incumbent will coordinate counseling sessions, explain VA decisions, assist with various benefit programs, and prepare technical correspondence, ensuring that veterans receive the support they need in navigating their benefits.
