About The Position

In this role, you will perform a variety of services in administrative support to Haskell's legal team in Oklahoma City, OK. Your responsibilities will include: Draft, format, proofread, and revise legal documents Organize agreements, legal documents, corporate legal documents, and litigation files Maintain calendars, docket and track relevant dates, and coordinate schedules Creating presentations using PowerPoint or other applicable software Responding to routine correspondence under own signature or draft response for review on more complex correspondence. Following up on items delegated to others Gathering detailed information or performing considerable research Accessing confidential records or reports Preparing expense reports and financials Coordinating and arrange travel reservations Coordinating, scheduling, and reserving conference rooms for training and meetings, and responsible for setting up conference rooms with appropriate technology Assisting with Time Sheet entry Assisting with other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; some college or applicable business certification is preferred
  • 3-5 years minimum of office/clerical experience
  • Good organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Keep confidential information
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in print
  • Provide, as well as carry out, detailed verbal and written instructions independently
  • Collaborate with others to accomplish organizational goals; identify and resolve problems
  • Use logical or rational thinking to solve problems; make decisions based on personal judgment
  • Perform mathematical calculations (fractions, decimals, percentages, statistical) as needed
  • Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Word, including PowerPoint; Prolog if applicable
  • Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust
