The main function of Legal is to represent clients in litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, or manage/advise clients on legal transactions. The Litigation Administrator will be responsible for managing the Client's litigation docket, which includes class actions, commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, product liability cases, small claims cases, and agency/administrative matters. This role will ensure that the Client Litigation team is hitting all the marks in its defense of the brand.
