About The Position

Legacy of Delano is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care services to residents in a senior living community. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and ensuring they receive respectful and dignified care. This position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, with a sign-on bonus for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
