About The Position

Legacy DIAS Developer The Opportunity: As a skilled and experienced One Identity Active Roles Server ( ARS ) Administrator, you'll lead the configuration, management, and support of our One Identity ARS platform. This role is vital to ensuring secure, automated, and efficient Active Directory ( AD ) administration while supporting identity lifecycle processes and access governance within the enterprise environment. Requirements

• Experience in Active Directory management, automation, and group policy
• Experience managing user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers
• Experience in PowerShell scripting to manage ARS policies and workflows
• Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege principles, and delegation models
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, multi-domain, and forest environments
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity models
• Experience integrating work with other IAM platforms such as SailPoint or Okta
• Experience in federal, DoD, Intelligence Community ( IC ) , or other highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, and HIPAA
• Knowledge of identity- related protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and integration with SIEM platforms
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
