About The Position

State Wide Windows is looking to fill full-time 1st shift positions for Manufacturing Production Labor in Elkhart, IN. These positions are scheduled Monday-Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with mandatory overtime including Fridays and Saturdays if necessary. A Manufacturing Production Labor Worker will perform various basic and skilled tasks and processes to achieve a finished product, with tasks varying depending on the position in the line.

Requirements

• Must be dedicated and a fast learner
• Must have great attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods
• Must be able to arrive on time and ready to work
• Must use assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear plugs, and cut resistant safety gloves

• Experience in manufacturing or production labor
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform various basic and skilled manufacturing production labor tasks
• Achieve a finished product through assigned processes
• Work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in tasks

• Starting wage of $19.50 an hour
