The Department of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire lecturers who can teach a range of courses (i.e., Compensation, Finance for HR Managers, HR Analytics) in our undergraduate and graduate Human Resource Management programs. The instructors will present course materials during assigned course times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades, and coordinate any other requirements related to course instruction.
