Texas A&M University–Texarkana, through the Education Division, seeks a qualified non-tenure-track clinical faculty member to teach, mentor, and advise undergraduate and graduate students in educator preparation programs. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction in face-to-face and online learning environments and contribute to the clinical and professional mission of the division. The standard teaching load is 15 semester credit hours per semester (five courses), with the possibility of summer teaching assignments. Primary instructional responsibilities will emphasize educational pedagogy, classroom management, differentiation, and special education, with the expectation that the faculty member may occasionally teach courses across the Education Division as program needs require. In addition to teaching, the position involves supervision of teacher candidates in clinical and field-based settings, collaboration with EC–12 school partners, and engagement in service and continuous program improvement. The successful candidate will value collegiality, reflective practice, and data-informed decision-making to support student success and program effectiveness.
