About The Position

The Comparative Religion and Humanities Department in the College of Humanities and Fine Arts is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2026-27 academic year. Lecturers will typically be required to teach in class and online, with some hybrid courses involving online students logging in synchronously with in-class students. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.

Requirements

  • The minimum education requirement for a lecturer appointment is a Master’s level Degree in Religious Studies or other discipline in the Humanities.
